I’ve been trying to get more exercise in my daily routine. Most of my exercise is a mixture of walking and jogging or wogging as I like to put it. I’ve managed to wog 8 out of the last 12 days for a total of 29 miles. I was going to make a cool photo of me running, but I still have not figured out how to be in two places at once. So this photo of the shoe going for a night run without me will have to do.
