Day 2 Project 366 – Yo-yo

by Ken Worley

One of the gifts I received this year for Christmas was a yo-yo. I went through a many a yo-yo when I was younger. I think most of them were taken up by teachers in school, because I would play with them while walking down the hall. So getting one this year really brought back memories for me.

It took more than a few clicks of the shutter to get this photograph just the way I wanted it. I had to use the self timer setting and throw the yo-yo at just the right time to get it in the frame.

Thanks Vampie. I’m glad the string did break in the middle of the shot or I would have had another weekly theme called “photos through the cracked lens”
