Kathryn and I were outside looking a stars and enjoying the nice weather. Then I decide to grab my camera and a long lens and play a little. I slowly changed the zoom of the lens while the shutter was open to create the effect of starting to go to warp speed. Okay, yes, I’ll admit it, I can be a geek at times.

I’m the science experiment teacher for Worley Academy. Lindsey, Kathryn and I made crystals in a class, using alum, water, two washers and a piece of string. We also tried to make colored rock candy, but all we got from that experiment was colored water.

I like taking tight shots of car parts, and with two VW around the house they make for easy subjects.

Lacy enjoys looking out the windows next to the front door, I think the chipmunk that lives under our front step was something to do with it.

I don’t have an iPod but if I did I might have to get this case. Animal is one of my favorite Muppets.
