I saw this old Kodak camera at Jamie’s Grandmother’s house. It makes a great addition to this week’s theme of “Words.” If this camera could talk I bet it was have plenty of stories to tell.

Day 36 Project 366 – Worship Words
Day 35 Project 366 – My Bond Girl
Today in the last day of the “Muse” theme. My muse for today is my best friend, my lover, my business partner, and my wife. If any of you know me personally, you already know that Jamie and I are very happy together and feel blessed to have each other. I think I got the better end of the deal when we married. I’m so glad to have her in my life. She inspires me on a daily basis; even for this post when I told she was going to be the subject for the last “muse” of the week, she told me to “find a way to use her without using her,” because she has a pesky allergy-related rash around her eyes and didn’t feel up for a portrait. So I came up with a Bond Girl type shot. It’s great to have a wife that is willing to play along with my ideas. My wife rocks!
Day 34 Project 366 – Music
Music has been a part of my life for a very long time. My Grandmother has been playing the piano longer than I’ve been alive. My Grandfather, uncle, and most of my cousins play guitar. My Dad plays double bass, and at one time played the banjo. I played drums in elementary and high school, and bass guitar for our church from time to time. I’ve always enjoyed music and probably drove the people around me a little crazy with my drumming on things when a song I liked was playing on the radio. Music is definitely a “Muse” in my life, and fits this week’s theme very nicely.
Day 33 Project 366 – iPhone
Today’s “Muse” is my iPhone. I know that sounds like I’m a geek, Okay maybe I am just a little, but here’s the reason that the iPhone made this weeks theme. The iPhone is the camera that I almost always have with me. The photo below on the right is one that I made while out for a run this afternoon. I don’t usually take my DSLR with me when I go for a run, but the iPhone allows the freedom to have a camera just about anywhere. And don’t forget the iPhone has apps that can also keep track of my run stats, and I still have yet to find a way to load apps on my Nikon.
