While in Mexico we had a festival for the town where we built the houses. Every one that came to the festival received a salvation bracelet.
Each colored bead has a different meaning:
Black – The sin in our life – Romans 3:23
Red – The blood of Jesus Christ – Romans 5:8
White – Clean hearts after Jesus’ blood clean – Isaiah 1:18
Green – The growth in our life – Galatians 6:22-23
Yellow – the streets of Gold in Heaven – Thessalonians 4:17

This week’s word is:
Dodge or Dodging– to lighten a part of an image during editing or during the printing exposure process if working with film. The opposite of Burn from last week.

Today is Kathryn’s Birthday, this is the first photograph of her on my blog with pierced ears. After having her ears pierced the ladies of my family went to have birthday tea at Tea Leaves and Thyme.
Happy Birthday, Kathryn!

One of the entertaining things about traveling out the United States is getting a chance to see money from other countries. After coming back from Mexico yesterday I still had a few pesos in my pocket so I decided to use them as my photo of the day.
