Day 154 Project 366 – Sense and Sensibility Play

by Ken Worley

I had a chance to take my oldest daughter out for a dinner date and a play. I work closely with the drama group that performed Sense and Sensibility and most of our family has been in at least one play with them. It was a wonderful show and Lindsey and I had a nice night together. I try to spend one on one time with my girls a often as I can.

Day 153 Project 366 – The Fixer Upper

by Ken Worley

I noticed this car outside a restoration shop on the way to the Center of Children and Young Adults, where I teach their photography club. I’m really hope to see this awesome fixer upper completely restored one day, it would look great in a high school senior session. But for now I guess it will just have to wait it’s turn.

Day 151 Project 366 – Newspaper

by Ken Worley

Here’s a little historic trivia to go with today’s photo. Today in 1783 the Benjamin Tower of Philadelphia was  published, the 1st daily newspaper in the U.S.

Day 150 Project 366 – Rainbow

by Ken Worley

There was a nice rainbow after my jog. Maybe it was my little reward for finally getting out a running again after a month of being a bum.

Day 149 Project 366 – Grill

by Ken Worley

The grill that we had last year was a cheep little grill that I picked up for about a hundred dollars over 7 years ago. It was rusting and would not cook evenly, so this year we bought a new grill. I could hardly wait to cook something on it. I even though about warming my chicken and cheese tortilla wrap that had for lunch just so I could use it, but I waited and grill chicken and corn on the cob. Yummy!

Day 148 Project 366 – Caribou

by Ken Worley

I never thought I would see a caribou standing on the side of the road in Woodstock, GA. But then while we were driving to do a little shopping I spotted this large animal on the side of the road and was able to make a quick photo. Just another example of why you should always have a camera with you, even the one in your iPhone work great.

Day 147 Project 366 – Bicycle

by Ken Worley

Today in 1896 was the 1st American intercollegiate bicycle race held in Manhattan Beach, NY.

Here is a close up shot of one of our bikes. The dust and dirt on the sprocket tells me that we should go out riding more often.

Days 138 -146 Project 366 – I’m a Slacker

by Ken Worley

I’ve been a slacker with my project for over a week now. I was still taking photos but just didn’t post them, hence the name of this post.

Top Row: Lacy enjoying our back yard, Slamming at the group home, and Jamie’s necklace from her girls.
Middle Row: One of our flowers, some guy skating down the highway, and a rabbit that Lacy would love to chase.
Bottom Row: A friend’s broken lens that I was able to some what repair, yogurt for supper, and a breakfast date with my youngest daughter.
