Day 128: Happy Birthday Lacy

by Ken Worley

Day 128: Birthday Lacy
Today is Lacy’s birthday, so she let me put a bow tie on her and make a photo. I thnk she really enjoyed her birthday because she had some of my grilled chicken for lunch and a few treats as payment for modeling the bow tie.

Day 127: Sled Dog

Here is something you don’t see every day in Georgia. Jamie decided to use Lacy as a sled dog. I don’t think she is ready for the Iditarod Trail quite yet.

Day 126: Snowman

by Ken Worley

Day 126: Snowman
It’s not very often in GA we have the chance to build a snowman, but with today’s snow fall I could not pass up building one. I did have help from my girls. Sorry that there are so many pine needles in him, but after all there are a lot of pine trees here.

Day 124: Rose

by Ken Worley

Day 124: Rose

Our Church has a Father/Daughter Valentine’s Day dance every year. We were helping to set up for the dance tonight and decided to take a look at the bridal room since we are photographing a wedding there in less than two weeks. We wanted to see if it had changed since the last time we were in the room. I decided to use a rose that will be part of the decoration tomorrow to do a little lighting test.

Day 122: County Worker

by Ken Worley

Day 122: County Worker

A county worker crosses the street to mark the water lines. I made this photo while driving at about forty-five miles per hours on the way home. Clicking the shutter as I passed while panning the camera to keep the blur down.
(Do not try this at home, please keep both hands on the steering wheel while driving, only a professional should attempt making photos while driving.)

Photography Tip: When making a self-portrait using the self-timer mode on the camera, be sure to give you-self plenty of time to get into position before the shutter click.
