A nice relaxing secluded area of the dunes and beach. It nice to be able to take a break and enjoy every once in a while.

I wonder if this little anole would turn blue if it was on the other kayak.

Yesterday I ran the Run Holden Beach 5k. I enjoyed my number for the race mainly because it rhymed with my name and I’ve read way too much Dr. Seuss in my live.

Today was the Around Oak Island Sunfish Race, here is one of the racers coming up the waterway. Next year I might participate in the race, if I get a Sunfish sailboat before then.

Everyday this week I’ve been running before work. Yes it’s still a little dark out but it’s cool to watch the sky change as the sun starts to rise.
