Some say Friday the 13th is an unlucky today, but I saw this awesome double rainbow today. So I don’t see anything unlucky about that at all.

I’ve been trying to get more exercise in my daily routine. Most of my exercise is a mixture of walking and jogging or wogging as I like to put it. I’ve managed to wog 8 out of the last 12 days for a total of 29 miles. I was going to make a cool photo of me running, but I still have not figured out how to be in two places at once. So this photo of the shoe going for a night run without me will have to do.

It’s a long way to the top.

Look closely, because you never know what might be next to you. I was standing outside talking on the phone. I looked to my right and saw this praying mantis doing what it does best, acting like part of the bush. It might have freaked me out if it was larger and much closer to me.
