Today for lunch I attended an Atlanta Wedding Professionals Networking Luncheon. So today’s photograph is of the dessert provided by Talk of the Town Catering. Yes it was as good as it looks.

I spotted this farm house and barn a few weeks ago but did not have a chance to stop and make a photograph until today. While I was stopped on the side of the road, the front door opened and out stepped a man. After waiting for traffic to pass, I crossed the street and we had a little chat about the house, how the property had changed, and he told me that they even had a wedding on the property once (I made a little mental note about that fact). The man’s name was Michael; he is a family member of the owner and grew up next door to the farm. I’m not sure but I think the house is about 80 years old.

A statue of a pig outside a department store. I’m not sure why they have a pig there; maybe they knew that I would come along and make a photo of it.
