It can be very easy to get caught up the busyness of life these days and a cell phone can be a large part of the reason why. Cell phones give anyone with your cell number the ability to contact you anytime of the day. The distractions of a cell phone limits the amount of down time we have to relax and enjoy the people and the world around you. Make time this week to be disconnected from your cell phone and really enjoy the life around you.
