Day 190: Louise

Everyone meet Louise, the getaway car from today’s wedding, she’s a 1932 Chevy Cabriolet Convertible. I was told that she is only one of five of her kind in the U.S.

Day 189: Seder Meal

We went to our first seder meal at Johnson Ferry Baptist Church tonight. It was very interesting to learn how passover is celebrated.

Also I got  a new camera today so I get to start a new manual.

Day 188: Confused Cactus

I always though Christmas Cactus only bloomed around Christmas. Either I was wrong or this is one confused cactus.

Day 187: Ice Cream Smiles

We had a Father/Daughter field day at church today complete with dancing and games. It was only a hour long but it was fun for the girls and the dads. From the smile on Kathryn’s face I think the ice cream sandwiches were a big hit.

Day 185: Cool Rider

Day 185: Cool Rider

Today was a beautiful day for a motorcycle ride. I only had one chance to get this shot. I was pumping gas and heard the bike on the other side of the gas station. I grabbed my camera as I spotted the bike moving across the lot; I clicked the shutter and the next second it was gone. I love the yellow flames on the tank.

Day 183: Crop

Have you ever cropped a photograph in a strange way? Try breaking the rules sometimes, it could spark a new idea.

Day 182: River

Day 182: River

Rivers are fascinating. I love the sound of the water rushing over the rocks. A river can be powerful yet gentle, able to redesign the landscape while moving in the path of least resistance.

Day 181: Stones

Day 181: Stones

All the stones above may look the same but they all have a purpose. If one is removed the rest may fall. What is your purpose and who might you be supporting as you go through life?
