Day 77 Project 366 – Dandelion

by Ken Worley

Today in the last day of the “Lights and Darks” theme. I had many dandelions in the yard to chose from for a photo today, but I like the color of the background on this one. Jamie probable would have me to pull the weeds instead of photographing them but, hey, I couldn’t help it.

Day 76 Project 366 – Blinds

by Ken Worley

When I walked in the door this afternoon I noticed the neat shadows being cast on the wall. So I had to make a quick photo before the sun moved and they vanished.

Day 75 Project 366 – Glass Art

by Ken Worley

A new store opened in downtown Woodstock not very long ago. I’m not sure exactly what they do but I bet it has to do with glass and their sign is awesome. I made this photo when it was getting dark out because the sign just looks that much cooler at twilight.

Day 74 Project 366 – Break in the Clouds

by Ken Worley

It’s cool how a cloud can be so bright and dark at the same time.

Day 73 Project 366 – Night Street

by Ken Worley

I’m still enjoying the “Lights and Darks” theme. A night time rain adds great reflections really bringing out the glow of the traffic lights on Main Street.

Day 70 Project 366 – Lincoln Logs

by Ken Worley

I think I see a theme of being creative as a child. Yesterday was Lego Blocks and today is Lincoln Logs. Today is the last day in this week’s “Childhood Toys” theme. I’ve enjoyed the little walk down memory lane to my childhood and then I realized that I’m still just a big kids.

Day 69 project 366 – Lego

by Ken Worley

I would spent hours building towns and cars with Lego blocks when I was little. I still enjoy making things out of them with my youngest daughter. We have a very cool Lego helicopter that we build one Christmas. The main difference is that now there are special shapes to the Lego kits, unlike the ones I had as a kid that were mostly just block shaped.

Day 68 Project 366 – Harmonica

by Ken Worley

I remember driving my mom crazy with a harmonica when I was little. I’m sure that it was given to me by one of my uncles to get back at my parents for some obnoxiously loud gift that they gave my cousin. I never learned to play any songs on my harmonica but I did make a lot of noise with it.
